Please enjoy the pool, it's our favorite part of the home.
Towels: We have towels provided in the master suite.
Mind the tiles can be slippery when wet.
Pool Light: There is also a light for the pool area. At night the pool light enhances the environment quite a bit. The switch is on the wall to the right of the large table downstairs, just above the wifi modem.
I like to keep all the windows open in the house except for the bedrooms. I generally keep the bedroom doors closed in case mosquitoes get in the house. It’s nice to have a sanctuary from insects in the event you might leave the downstairs doors open from time to time.
I run the AC in the bedrooms at night and turn it off during the day for efficiency. It takes about 3 minutes to cool down the smaller bedrooms. If you want to keep the entire house cool then it takes about a half hour to 45 minutes.
If you do run the AC for the entire house then just make sure to close all the windows. There are a lot of them on the first and second floors. There are AC units in every room and each of them has its own remote.
I can arrange to have the house cleaned for rentals lasting a week or more. If your stay is over a week and you want to have the house cleaned during your stay then just let me know. If you are staying a week or less then I will generally not send the house cleaner over during your stay.
you can deposit bags of garbage in the tubs down by the garage. Garbage is picked up once a week.
The stove is a gas stove. If you run out of propane, please get in touch with Brad to have this refilled. We have provided ample ways to make coffee. And the cabinets should be stocked with utensils and plate wear. If you find we are missing anything that would help make your stay better, please do not hesitate to ask.
Please park in front of the garage at street level.
We have a new washer and dryer for your convenience.
If the dryer stops working, the first thing to check is the lint. You will likely find cleaning the filter will allow it to work again.

The distance from the property to the beach in Playa Hermosa, Puntarenas is about a 3-minute drive or a 20-25 minute walk. It's also about a 5-minute bike ride.
